Private Duty LPN - Every Other Weekend

Location: Whitney, PA

We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 18-year-old male child in the Whitney area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a kind and appreciative family.Schedule:

• Every Other Saturday-Sunday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do as an LPN:

• Perform G-tube care and feedings
• Aspiration precautions
• Supervise for safety
• Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

What We're Looking For:

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Pediatric & G-tube experience
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
• Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately
