    Description
    - this is an in person position and cannot be performed remotely. Candidate must be willing to commute to Yorba Linda.

    ̈ Administrative Assistant supports organization's wellness and care management programs.

    ̈ Administrative Assistant supports and administers day-to-day activities of Company's Programs in accordance with established policies to provide high quality health care services.

    ̈ Administrative Assistant supports internal staff providing administrative support. Maintains policies and procedures for wellness client services including intake and coordination of wellness programs. Maintains data input as required.

    ̈ Supports and implements programs that align with the organization's mission and support the organization's goals. May be responsible for facilitating special events that publicize the organization and its programs to the community.

    ̈ Administrative Assistant is resourceful to all internal staff and manages projects both in office and virtually when needed.

    ̈ Administrative Assistant will organize and update files, answer calls and emails, and assist in creating presentation and sales materials.

    ̈ The virtual assistant will also be responsible for arranging travel itineraries, flights, and rooms, as well as tracking and managing expenses and payments for Executive Administrator travel.

    Reporting Relationship

    ̈ Reports to Owner/Administrator and Program Director of Professional Nurse Partners.

    Responsibilities/Activities

    ̈ Has the ability for supporting Organization business affairs and general operations.

    ̈ Assist with the coordination, evaluation and planning of wellness services.

    ̈ Be familiar with, and maintain Organization rules, policies and procedures.

    ̈ Provides support for initial orientation to all new employees including orientation materials.

    ̈ Complete, maintain and submit records to Owner/Administrator on a regular and as-needed basis.

    ̈ Answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emails.

    ̈ Prepare and organize databases and reports.

    ̈ Manage social media accounts and replies.

    ̈ Assist with wellness staff with faxes, printing and other various office tasks.

    ̈ Schedule meetings and arrange employer's calendar; schedule meeting spaces as needed.

    ̈ Maintain inventory of wellness products and maintain product inventory database.

    ̈ Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation.

    ̈ Prepare and create Power Point presentations and materials as needed; research materials and sources for presentations.

    ̈ Perform other duties as requested by Owner/Administrator.

    Qualifications/Education

    ̈ Bachelor's Degree

    ̈ Current driver's license.
