    Job Title

    Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

    Summary

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Property Management Associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, appliance maintenance, and rent-ready apartment preparation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct routine property inspections to identify areas of concern and schedule necessary maintenance tasks.
    • Manage inventory and order parts as needed to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
    • Promptly respond to resident repair inquiries and work orders, addressing a range of maintenance tasks.
    • On-call and weekend availability required.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair tasks.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds, stand, or walk for extended periods.
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
