YOUR ROLE AS A MEMBER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE
As a Member Experience Associate at the Y, you'll be the go-to guru at the membership desk, ready to greet everyone with a smile Dive into engaging interactions with new and existing members, helping them set achievable fitness goals and inspiring them on their personal journeys. You'll lead energizing fitness equipment orientations, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident using our facilities. This position is all about fostering a welcoming environment where fun meets fitness-your enthusiasm will light up the day for our community
