    The mission of Pinnacle Family Services is to build relationships that enhance lives and support healthy families. We are COA accredited and located throughout the state of NC providing services to children, adolescents, and families.

    What Will I Be Doing?

    • Managing, hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling staff.
    • Overseeing day-to-day operations in Greenville, NC, and surrounding counties.
    • Ensuring the provision of mental health and substance abuse services to individuals.
    • Developing and implementing personalized care plans for consumers based on their unique needs.

    • Are you flexible and adaptable to changing situations in the mental health field?
    • Do you possess strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to form and maintain professional relationships?

    Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in a Human Service field (Preferred).
    • Fully or provisionally licensed in North Carolina required (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LPA, or LMFT/A).
    • 2+ years of experience supervising and managing staff (Required).
    • Experience working with children who have behavioral diagnoses and their families (Preferred).
    • Access to reliable transportation meeting all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, insurance, and driver's license) (Required).
