    We are looking for a proficient Administrative Assistant to support our office operations with a focus on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage daily financial transactions, assist in marketing projects, and perform general administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.     Responsibilities:
    • Manage and oversee daily operations of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
    • Ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments and maintain up-to-date cash-flow schedules.
    • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with management to coordinate and manage digital content.
    • Monitor financial transactions and prepare reports on sales activities.
    • Provide administrative support in scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive financial and marketing information.
    • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly with financial processing and marketing involvement.
    • Strong knowledge of billing practices, financial tracking, and basic marketing principles.
    • Proficient with financial ERP software, MS Office, and marketing tools.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and external interactions.
    • Capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
