Senior Landscape Architect Qualifications and Experience Needed:

• Professional degree in Landscape Architecture or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in landscape architecture projects, with exposure to hospitality, retail, multifamily, mixed-use, planning and urban design.
• Licensure preferred.
• Expertise in construction administration, construction documentation, and quality control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and other relevant design software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as projects demand.

Senior Landscape Architect Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction administration for upcoming and ongoing projects.
• Ensure quality control for construction documentation.
• Contribute to raising the standards of our design process, implementing creative, effective, and sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with our team, clients, and contractors.
