    • The Pharmacist ensures the safe, effective, and economical use of medications for patients of all ages.

    Key Responsibilities:


    Performs and Evaluates Pharmacy Services

    • Data Collection, Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting, Drug Utilization Evaluation, Quality Assurance Audits, and Inventory Control to Ensure Safe Medication Management
    • Interprets Processes Monitors Medication Orders Issued by Providers for Contraindications Interactions Allergies Appropriateness to Provide Safe Quality Care
        Maintains a Working Knowledge in Accordance with Professional Standards Regulatory Licensing Agency Policies Federal State Laws Related to the Practice of Pharmacy Organization Policies Procedures Ensuring Compliance with all Regulatory Agencies for Safe Medication Delivery
