    This relates to all technology, to include:
    workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.

    Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAct as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service requestsSchedule field technical resources on the ConnectWise dispatch portal when necessaryIT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systemsSupport of disaster recovery solutionsBasic technical support at the network level:

    WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and securityBasic remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and RDPSystem documentation maintenance and review in ConnectWise and IT GlueCommunication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outagesAdditional Duties and ResponsibilitiesImprove customer service, perception, and satisfactionFast turnaround of customer requests: Tickets need to be addressed within 30 min.

    Ability to work in a team and communicate effectivelyEnsure requests are routed to the proper resource in order to be resolved quickly and efficientlyEscalate service requests that require engineer level supportResponsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as it occursUnderstand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise UniversityEnter all work as service tickets into ConnectWiseKnowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
