Job Summary
As a MES Technical Consultant, you will be supporting the Client to successfully deploy the MES Solution to their Manufacturing Sites Globally.
Key Responsibilities
As a MES Tech Consultant you are responsible to develop, test, validate and deliver the solution as per site requirement.
Understand the user requirement and define system requirements.
Manage the deliveries by creating and tracking the change requests.
Work with development team to develop Custom objects based on system requirement.
Write Test case documents to validate the custom object.
Ensure the object is compliance with the pharmaceutical Guidelines.
Organize sessions to demonstrate the solution to business and Site team.
Provide Knowledge transfer to L- Support team after delivery.
Support L2 Team to investigate issues and perform RCA and CAPA activities.
Job Requirements
Essential Skills:
Strong knowledge on Opcenter Execution Pharma MES Tool
Good Understanding of Pharmaceutical Process
Good Communication Skills
Critical Thinking Skills
Ability to manage different stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills.
Knowledge of ERP/Automation Systems
French Language
Understanding of Oracle Database
VB Programming knowledge
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/ Master's degree
Work Authorization

Compensation:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
