    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced

    System Director of Peri-Operative Services & Infusion

    to oversee surgical and procedural departments across two campuses in Wyoming.
    This is a high-impact interim leadership role responsible for operational oversight, clinical direction, staff development, and budget management for:
    Operating Room (OR)
    Pre-Op & PACU
    Central Sterile
    Cath Lab
    Infusion Services
    Inpatient & Outpatient Surgical Services
    The Director will divide time between Riverton and Lander campuses based on organizational needs.
    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and direct peri-operative & infusion services across two facilities
    Oversee clinical and non-clinical staff
    Manage department budgets and productivity
    Coordinate patient flow (Pre-op → Intra-op → Post-op)
    Ensure regulatory and quality compliance
    Support interdisciplinary collaboration
    Drive operational efficiency and staff development
    Required Qualifications (MUST HAVE)

    Active

    Wyoming RN license

    OR

    Compact RN license
    ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA only)
    Minimum

    5 years recent Director-level OR / Surgical Services leadership experience
    Proven experience managing OR, PACU, and Central Sterile
    Budget and operational management experience
    Manager-level experience alone will not qualify.
    Schedule

    Monday–Friday
    Hours vary based on department needs
    No weekend requirement
    No call requirement
