- Deploying IT equipment for users that are local and remote
- Windows AD administration
- Office 365 administration and support
- Desktop Imaging and life-cycle management
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have superior problem solving skills

- Telephony / VOIP Communications (Dialpad, Ring Central, etc)
- 2-4 year degree or equivalent work experience
- Professional Certifications are a plus
- 2-4 years technical hands-on experience
- Active Directory Experience
- Break/Fix Desktops, Laptops
- Imaging experience
- Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting
- Telephony VoIP experience
- Supporting 300+ workstations within an IT team
- High level of customer service
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative and remote environment
- Provide support and guidance to IT staff as needed
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

- Ability to conduct research into Linux and Unix issues and products as required

Overview
Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to all CGFNS co-workers local and remote.
Responsibilities include full desktop administration, life-cycle management, assisting setting up computer hardware systems, printers, scanners, operating system installations, application upgrades.
Supporting user community with all levels of troubleshooting IT issues. Providing support for the phone system, addressing, and resolving questions related to voice issues.Requirements
