    PAY:
    $20/HR
    The shift times for 1st are
    7AM-330PM non-overtime days

    7AM-5:00PM Overtime day

    Role Summary:
    Performs diverse and complex assignments in support of product development and manufacturing. Soldering electronic components on circuit boards and performing mechanical assembly work.

    Responsibilities may include manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, reporting/documenting results of tests and assembly operations, packaging and shipping of products with significant supervision.


    Responsibilities:

    • Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
    • Maintain accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required by management.
    • Performs manufacturing/assembly operations on one to two production lines and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
    • Maintains daily production output.
    • May participate in quality control inspections.
    • May work in Decon area, unpacking, disinfecting and dispositioning returned product
    • Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
    • Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in Quality and LEAN activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
    • Comply with EHS and Quality procedures, regulations and policies.
    Required Qualifications


    • High School Diploma or local equivalent
    • Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-minded work habits
    • Ability to communicate using English (or local language)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 6 months of manufacturing experience
    • Thru hole and surface mount soldering experience
    • Proficient with computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel
    Safety toe shoes are required at the time of start - Steel, alloy, aluminum, etc. are all acceptable (Safety glasses and ESD smocks will be provided)

    Clocked in and at workstation by start of shift...7a, 3:30p or site does not have a "grace period".

    After the start of shift. No hanging out at the time clocks 5 minutes before shifts ends.

    Cell phones should not be visible on the shop floor. They can be used for music, but playlists should be set prior to work hours... There should be no phone calls or texting happening on the shop floor.

    Timecards must be submitted by 9a Monday. Failure to do so may result in delayed pay There should be no sleeping during working hours.

    There is no eating allowed on the shop floor & Site computers are not for personal use.

    Breaks are 10 min and lunches are 30 min, Colleagues are to be at their work station at the end of break - not 1 min after not 5 min after
