Your key responsibilities
You will focus on the design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud-based solutions.
You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and solutions that will bring our clients' digital vision and strategy to life.
Skills and attributes for successWorking in project teams through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project life cycleCollaborating with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Digital and Emerging Technology Advisory marketProviding broad technical knowledge of various key technology and business platformsTeaming with client technology professionals and third-party strategic alliancesDeveloping long-term relationships and networks both internally and externallyInteracting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executivesSupport in the hiring processTo qualify for the role you must haveBachelor's degree and ten or more years of related work experience10 or more years of experience within leadership role and responsibilities delivering projects in Supply Chain Management, with focus toward Supply Planning and Demand Management as a business domainA good understanding of Value Chain Synchronization and Supply Chain Re-Invention will be beneficialFlexibility and willingness to manage significant travel depending on the time of yearHands-on knowledge of BY (or other leading solutions)
Supply Chain Planning applications like:
DemandReplenishment / Deployment PlanningSupply PlanningInventory OptimizationSales & Operations PlanningScheduling/sequencingControl TowerOptimization
Experience with Advanced Planning tools like JDA, OM Partners, o9 and/or Kinaxis is requiredExperience within Blue Yonder and or Kinaxis with deep functional/domain expertise and hands on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentationsLed and managed minimum 2-3 full lifecycle Supply Chain Planning implementations in large and complex environmentLead and participate in:
Gather business requirementsAnalyze and transform to application requirementsPerform Fit-Gap AnalysisLead Functional Design approval processStrong interaction with development team to test and deliver the solutionAssist customer during UATPrepare and review documentationsWorking experience with Onsite & Offshore delivery model environment is preferredSubject matter in the following Supply and Demand Planning area:Inventory PlanningPlanning HorizonsModelling Supply Chain Constraints
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skillsKnowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry-specific business and technology functionsIdeally, you'll also have
Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS or Mathematics desired; master's degree in one of these areas preferredCertifications and prior consulting experience highly preferredWhat we look for
