    Description

    Senior Escalations Representative- Hybrid Schedule

    Company Overview:

    Seeking high-caliber individuals to join our team in handling escalated complaints. As a leading financial institution, we value excellence and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and handle escalated complaints related to credit cards, checking accounts, and business issues.
    • Communicate with customers, research complaints, and resolve issues.
    • Collaborate with other business units within the company.
    • Use web-based tools to document, track, and resolve complaints.
    • Manage a typical case load of 5 to 10 complaints simultaneously.

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of customer service experience in financial or business services.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
    • Strong communication skills (phone and written).
    • Ability to follow policies and procedures.
    • Tech-savvy (comfortable toggling between systems and screens).

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Desired Skills:

    • De-escalation skills for high-level phone calls.
    • Effective written communication.
    • Pipeline and time management.
    • Ability to work remotely and set up equipment.

    DISQUALIFIERS:

    • Jumpy call center resumes.
    • Lack of professional office experience.

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

    • Initial 12-month contracts with potential for permanent roles.
    • Hybrid schedule- 1 week work from home, 1 week on-site
    • Opportunity to join the primary pool for permanent positions- Room For Growth Opportunity

    Hybrid Schedule:

    • Initial 30 days on-site. Switches to the hybrid schedule after training
