This position is responsible for providing legal support to and representation for the Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS).
As a Lawyer for DPHHS you will support the Department's mission to improve and protect the health, well-being, and self-reliance of all Montanans throughout every stage of their life by delivering quality legal services to DPHHS program.
In this position you will be responsible for responding to requests for legal advice and guidance from departmental program staff and leadership by providing verbal and written legal advice and opinions.
