    Access Health Care Physicians -
    • Full Time
    • Hours:40 hour work week with some on call by phone in the evenings and weekends
    • Employed
    • New Graduates Welcome to Apply
    • Average Patients seen: 10-16
    • Call Schedule: Phone Only Call: Evenings and Weekends. Call is triaged by an answering service and NP/PAs in certain locations
    • Sign-On Bonus
    • Compensation: - Salary starting at $250,000 based on experience BC/BE
      - Quarterly bonuses
      -Sign-on bonus available based on years of experience
    • Benefits: Medical Benefits offered at no cost to you for the basic plan of United Health Care for you and all your dependents.
      -21 days PTO time off each year.
      - 7 days CME time off each year.
      - $3,000.00 CME reimbursement each year .
      -Paid Holidays in accordance with Access' holiday schedule.
      -1 time your annual salary of Life Insurance at no cost to you payable to a beneficiary you select

    • Additional Info: Access Health Care Physicians is a physician-led organization that provides healthcare services to our 200 locations throughout Florida. Our CEO and Chief Medical Officer have a physician background, so our employment model truly caters to medical providers and patients alike.

      DETAILS:
      -Every new employee will undergo a 3-week minimum training program to properly acclimate them to the Access Health Care practice model. Additional training provided as needed
      -All sites are supported by an office and MA team, along with an Operations Management team to assist with administrative duties and metric evaluation
      - EMR: eClinicalWorks and Caretracker
      -The idea candidate must be coachable and open to training in order to be successful within our organization.
