    Description


    Exciting new opportunity with Onco360 Onco360 is looking for a Senior Accountant to be based at our corporate office in Louisville, KY.

    Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.

    Starting salary of $71,400 and up

    The Senior Accountant position will ensure the integrity of accounting and financial reporting information. Responsible for recording and analyzing financial transactions, researching and reconciling account issues, and establishing quality control over financial reporting.


    Major Responsibilities:
    Produce accurate accounting reports, by verifying, posting, and reconciling financial transactions, including confidential payroll information
    Prepare monthly account reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
    Analyze, summarize financial statement trends, such as revenue, costs of goods sold, payroll, receivables, inventory and payables
    Communicate with management and cross functional teams to explain current and expected trend variances.
    Provide outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
    Ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
    Maintain knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
    Participate in development and documentation of policies and procedures to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
    Perform other tasks as assigned.

    Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.


    Senior Accountant Position Qualifications :
    Education/Learning Experience

    Required:
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

    Desired:
    MBA or CPA or in process of obtaining

    Work Experience


    Required:3+ years accounting experience


    Desired:
    Public accounting experience; pharmacy and/or oncology experience preferred

    Skills/Knowledge

    Required:
    Strong analytical skills, established proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    Desired:
    Exceptional organization and planning skills, sql experience

    Behavior Competencies

    Self Starter, someone with initiative, strong internal customer focus, interpersonal skills
