    Description
    Provide executive assistant support to the CEO and other Administrators of Family and Children's Services.

    Assist in serving as the board recording secretary for F&CS Corporate Board and Endowment Board of Directors and all Board committees.

    Help manage scheduling, correspondence, packet preparation, board setup, minutes and records for Board and its committees. Maintain positive communications and relationships with donors, board members, community stakeholders, government officials and other employees.


    Requirements:
    High attention to accuracy, detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure and finish projects on time. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Takes initiative and has strong follow through. Strong and mature interpersonal skills, insightful, and the ability to develop and foster relationships. Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office. Must be able to quickly prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adapts to quickly changing situations with ease. Prefer experience and or working knowledge of relational data bases such as Raiser's Edge. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and documentation.


    EXPERIENCE:
    Requires 3-5 years work experience in an administrative assistant position. Executive Assistant experience preferred. Board experience preferred.


    EDUCTATION:
    High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.
