    Sunbelt Staffing has partnered with a leading home health agency providing top-notch care to patients in the Beckley, WV area. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract. If you're passionate about helping others and have home health experience, we'd love to hear from you.

    Contract Details:

    • Location: Beckley, WV
    • Contract Length: 13 Weeks
    • Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
    • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    • Additional Work: Occasional weekends and on-call, typically one weekend per month
    • Travel Stipend: Available for out-of-area travelers
    • Pay: Weekly, negotiable hourly rate based on experience and territory budget
    Job Description:
    • Conducting thorough in-home patient assessments to determine medical needs and care plans.
    • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
    • Documenting patient information and care details using OASIS and Homecare Homebase.
    • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
    • Educating patients and their families on managing their health conditions and promoting safety in the home.
    • Responding to on-call duties and weekend coverage as assigned, typically one weekend per month.
    Requirements:
    • Active West Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) License.
    • Active West Virginia Cares.
    • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Minimum of 1 year of home health experience.
    • Proficiency with OASIS and Homecare Homebase.
    • Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
    Compensation and Benefits:
    • Competitive hourly rate, negotiable based on experience and territory budget.
    • Weekly pay with mileage reimbursement for travel between patient locations.
