    Responsibilities:


    Lead and manage all aspects of the branch's operations in Houston, overseeing sales, customer service, and logistics functions for our esteemed Danish forwarder.

    Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets, focusing on the unique needs of the Houston market.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders in the region to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.

    Provide leadership and guidance to the branch team, including hiring, training, and performance management, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

    Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards, maintaining operational integrity and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:
