    Small class sizes, dedicated teachers, and a high school preparatory curriculum ensure that our students consistently score in the 90+ percentile on statewide tests.

    However, what many busy parents love the most about our program are the extended care, including summer and holiday breaks, and onsite extras.

    Join our teamAvailable Position:

    Middle School Vice PrincipalCompensation:
    $75,000- 85,000/yr. depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.

    The role of Vice Principal will report to our Middle School Principal, serving as the schools educational leader for our 130 students and 20 academic staff members.

    In this position, you will assist the principal in managing the overall operations of the middle school, including:
    Establishing and maintaining a nurturing and effective learning environmentResponsible for overall management and supervision of academic staffSelection and assignment of school personnelCurriculum development and overseeing the ordering of materialsSupport all phases of the enrollment process, including tours, Shadow visits, and updating our CRM/leads management platformServe as a role model for effective instruction, assessment design, data-driven instruction, and planningObserve and coach staff; plan and conduct professional developmentOversee and maintain student records, including immunizations; facilitate records requestsFoster parent partnerships and attend WVCC (Parent Group) functionsPlan, organize, and direct the implementation of all school activities including Teacher In-Service Days and Overnight Field TripsPlan and execute enrollment events including Saturday Open House EventsOur ideal candidate will come with:Several years of teaching experience3-5 years of administration or leadership experienceBachelors degreeCurrent Teaching Credential (preferred)
