Description
PositionThe human resources department has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate the WCF Insurance values to join their team as a Senior HR Generalist. This is a full-time, exempt position that works out of WCF's Sandy, Utah headquarters. This posting is open to internal and external candidates.
Responsibilities
The Senior HR generalist helps administer various standard HR functions, including HR business partner, employment law (other states), recruiting and onboarding efforts of new WCF Insurance employees, tuition reimbursement, development support, employee benefits, recognition award programs and other tasks. The person in this position models the WCF Way by providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers. The Senior HR generalist works closely with brokers and other vendors and provides vital support to all employees of WCF Insurance.
