Mixer and Staging Food Manufacturing Associates Choice Products USA LLC3421 Truax Court, Eau Claire, WI Regular Full-time with benefits (40 hours/week).Day shift - 5:00 am to 3:30 pm or 6:30 am to 5:00 pm (1/2 hour unpaid lunch).Monday through Thursday. 3-day weekends – off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.Occasional overtime. Choice Products is a family owned business in the food industry for Fundraising. We supply food and gift products for school fundraisers nationwide and clients. We are looking for 2 qualified individuals, One mixer and one staging food associates in our food manufacturing production facility (two production rooms). These roles are part of the food production line; however they require a high level degree of ability to handle heavy products, ability to read and ensure the proper ingredients are used in batches, process paperwork in an efficient and effective way. Have the willingness to learn and be backups to each other between these roles. Salary: Paid bi-weekly – $16 to $17/ hour. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Staging ingredients and setting for batches of product.
• Responsible for measuring, weighing, and mixing products.
• Responsible for daily set up of equipment and product to be run.
• Manage and coordinate daily proper paperwork to comply with FDA guidelines.
• Operate specific equipment exclusively in both production rooms.
• Must be able to lift frequently 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness of production facility.
• Work in a cooler environment.
• Operate a forklift and manual / electric pallet forks (preferred or willing to learn).

Qualifications:

• This position will be able to be consistent in their work hours, stand, move, bend, twist, grab, pull and lift upwards of 50 pounds frequently throughout the day.
• Food production experience preferred but not necessary.
• Be reliable and dependable.
• Accuracy, and good organization skills.
• Willingness to work with others.
• Ability to catch on quickly.
• Hardworking, have integrity.
• Good verbal communication.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Maintains standard of quality and accuracy when preparing batches.
• Understanding of OSHA lockout and tagout procedures.
• Working safely around equipment.
• Forklift certified (preferred).
• Knowledge and experience working in a food production industry/manufacturing facility (preferred).
