QualificationsJob Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure safety of yourself and others at all times and communicate issues to a leader if neededDaily and monthly basic machine maintenance checks - use TPM sheetsResponsibility and organization of tools that are provided to youSafely operate machine - controls settings such as programs, speed, quantitiesRead, understand, and follow work instructions and keep them up to dateProduce quality parts and be able to identify and process non- conforming partsUnderstand the production schedule goals and report scheduling issues to the Team LeaderYield accuracy and calculation Understand material traceability and material return processMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work centerTooling knowledge - use of bolsters, sponging, and punch maintenancePart picking and packagingMust be able to lift 50lbsMust be well motivated and able to work independently Train new operators as requiredCommunicate job and/or process issues with team leaderComplete other duties/projects as assigned by the Area Leader or Team Leader.
