    As the


    Senior Manager of Field Marketing ,you will be responsible for driving new customer growth for our 90+ Hair Color Bars utilizing local marketing tactics, with a priority focus in one of our top DMAs.

    You are an expert at deploying localized field marketing strategies with local businesses and organizations to achieve new customer and business sales targets.

    You are a results oriented marketer that enjoys being hands-on with the field, loves building relationships and deepening community ties.

    This role has the opportunity to make a huge business impact on Madison Reed's growth as we accelerate our Hair Color Bar business in 2024 and beyond.

    The base salary range for this position is between

    $110,000 and $125,000 . At Madison Reed, we aim to pay competitively. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.


    What you will do:


    Identify, develop, and implement local field marketing strategies nationally and in key locations to attract new service and retail customers to our Hair Color Bars.


    Work closely with local Hair Color Bar leadership to plan and execute local marketing initiatives such as Store Grand Openings, Local Playbook activities, Events, Partnerships, and other Local Activations.

    Create and test new and creative field marketing strategies, assessing their ROI and potential for scaling across all locations.


    Collaborate with property management teams at various locations to coordinate both paid and complimentary marketing efforts (e.g., newsletters, digital placements, social media) targeting mall audiences to boost awareness and attract new clients.


    Spend approximately 15% of your time in the field each month (3-4 days) conducting training sessions for field leaders on marketing strategies, executing marketing campaigns like events, establishing partnerships with neighboring businesses, and generating leads.


    Assist in managing paid local marketing initiatives (e.g., local partnerships, sponsorships, paid mall placements, street teams) in conjunction with the acquisition team.

    Regularly analyze performance data against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide both recurring and ad-hoc reports.

    Stay informed about and assess new marketing trends and technologies relevant to retail channels for potential implementation.


    What you will need:
    At least 2 years of service business marketing (i.e. salon, spa, fitness, medspa)

    4 or more years experience in a retail marketing role

    Bachelor's Degree

    Reside in one of our primary hubs: Los Angeles area, San Francisco Bay Area, New York City area, Dallas/Fort Worth area, Miami/South Florida area, Chicago, DMV, Houston

    Willingness to travel up to 15% of month (3-4 days per month), primarily in hub of residence

    Current driver's license and reliable transportation

    Experience in understanding how to drive appointments for a 4-wall traffic

    Experience in subscription, membership and/or package sales businesses

    Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively in fast-paced environment

    Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across departments and teams

    Proficient in Microsoft & Google Suite - MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc

    Bonus industry experience:
    Multi-location fitness, beauty or wellness studio business; franchise
