Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist in Charge to join our team in Dallas, Texas.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for our home infusion pharmacy operations in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management, home infusion services, and possess multiple state pharmacist licenses to facilitate our expanding reach.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations governing home infusion services.
• Manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication management in the home setting.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety within the pharmacy.
• Maintain inventory control, procurement, and storage of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, medication therapy, and adherence to treatment plans.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and performance improvement activities.

Shift:

• Day Shift: Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• TX Pharmacist license
• Multiple State Pharmacist licenses
• Home Infusion or Sterile Compounding experience
• Previous Pharmacy Manager or PIC experience
