Job Title: Interim Director of Cash Management and Debt Program

Hospital in Illinois seeks an experienced financial leader to serve as the Interim Director of Cash Management and Debt Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all cash management functions and debt/lease programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of treasury functions, including cash management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Weekly and longer-term reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Managing working capital by maintaining sufficient cash balances to meet hospital obligations.
• Liquidity management, including daily cash management, funds movement transactions, and resolving cash-related errors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Three years of experience in Treasury, banking systems, cash management processes, and debt financing.
• Certifications: CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) preferred but not required.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

$100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
