    AVP, Conditions ManagerLocation:TX - Dallas/IrvingWhat you'll do:The Conditions Manager will Lead a team of Loan Review Specialists who are responsible for the Conditions review of Conventional, Non-Conforming, FHA, and VA loan files to ensure loan file contains all required documentation, meets acceptable regulatory standards, and complies with established guidelines prior to purchase

    ResponsibilitiesDrive the team to reach productivity and quality goalsAudit loan files to ensure the various reviews have been completed with accuracyConstantly analyze current process for ways to increase productivity and quality while cutting costsRequirementsBachelor's degree Required3+ years in Mortgage Production Management Role5+ years in mortgage operations experience, with a thorough understanding of mortgage loansSelf-starter and self-motivated to meet job expectations and goalsMust be able to motivate others to meet their own job expectations and goalsGood communicator - written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
