    Responsibilities


    • Manage calendar for designated officers including meetings, travel, professional commitments, and related preparation.
    • Build relationships and facilitate communication with all necessary areas of the bank.
    • Plan and manage events and meetings.
    • Draft correspondence and presentation materials.
    • Support and assist with extensive documentation flow among designated officers.
    • Partner with the brand team to maintain the Texas Capital Bank Merchandise store.
    • Research and resolve client issues, if needed.
    • Review and process invoices and expenses.
    • Maintain appropriate records, files, and documentation.
    • Order and maintain supplies.
    • Provide backup to other team members as needed, specifically scheduling of videography and photography team.
    • Provide phone coverage for executives and main phone line.
    • Support and manage special projects as needed.
    Qualifications


    • Minimum of 5 years executive-level administrative experience or related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Previous Banking experience preferred.
    • Exceptional calendar and time management skills.
    • Prior experience planning events, meetings, and conferences.
    • Proven ability to develop relationships with employees, clients, business partners and their assistants.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally - both verbally and written.
    • Ability to attend events and work on projects after hours, as needed.
    • Well organized and detail oriented to handle diverse and concurrent assignments.
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must exhibit a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
