Do you want to work first shift no weekends

Local small manufacturer is looking for CNC machine operator. No experience required. Training is available to those with solid work ethic, attendance history and positive attitude


Hours:
Monday – Thursday 5am-3:30

Normal schedule is 4 10-hour days Monday - Thursday

Friday is overtime day only- if overtime is warranted hours would be between 4 and 8 for the day.

Department is busy now so Fridays will be scheduled for the foreseeable future. No weekends

Pay range- $16-$17

Those with the following skills or interest in learning the below skills are encouraged to apply:

• Operation of CNC lathe
• Using micrometers and calipers
• Able to read and understand part specs on blueprints
• Must have a strong work ethic and care about producing a quality part
• Must have above average attendance history

• Pay increase after 30 days with acceptable attendance record
• At least a weeks paid time off over Christmas holiday ( Plant closes from Christmas Eve until Jan 2 yearly) **employees do not have to use vacation time
