    Summary



    This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), El Paso Division, Office of Diversion Program Manager, El Paso, Texas.

    This position(s) primary purpose is to conduct research and analysis, perform database searches, data collection and administrative support.

    As a Program Support Assistant (OA) your typical work assignments may include:

    • Providing support and assisting in the planning, reviewing, and reporting of data/statistical results of program or project studies.
    • Integrating several types of software, such as spreadsheet, database, word processing, desktop publishing, and graphics applications, to generate specific working documents and forms.
    • Receiving and reviewing documents, reports, and or applications for omissions and inconsistencies, and ensures data entry is complete and accurate.
    • Performing unique queries of considerable difficulty using specialized skills to extract data from a broad range of computer systems.
    • Conducting research independently, evaluating and validating specific data for use in complex reports and studies authored by others.
