The Leasing Manager plays a critical role in our success by managing the community's marketing,advertising sales activities overseeing on-site traffic ensuring an appropriate inventory of ready apartments setting rent pricing
and concessions monitoring day-to-day sales leasing activities.
Responsibilities
* Ensures achievement of community revenue occupancy goals directing marketing advertising sales activities* Oversees on-site leasing team participating in leasing process generating monitoring traffic leasing apartments preparing lease documentation completing move-in procedures * Reviews analyzes financial shop closing ratio reports identifying resolving issues impacting leasing performance Responds quickly courteously resident client owner questions concerns takes prompt action solve problems document convey resident other requests appropriate individual(s) * Supervises community s leasing team members interviewing hiring orienting training employees manages their performance accordance Company policies values business practices
