    Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican

    is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our rapidly growing team in coastal Santa Cruz, CA. This foundational role offers a rare level of practice autonomy.

    Whether you prefer a 100% clinic-based model, an OB Hospitalist / Laborist shift-based schedule, or a traditional Full-Scope OB/GYN practice, we provide the flexibility to define your own work-life balance.

    Co-Managed Care:
    Collaborative environment working alongside experienced Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and fellow OB/GYN Physicians.

    Hospital Facilities:
    Modern, well-equipped birthing center that delivers approximately 1,200-1,500 babies annually
    Onsite Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
    24/7 anesthesia coverage with a team of experienced anesthesiologists
    Dedicated OB ED

    Compensation and Benefits Include:
    Annual Salary prorated based on 1.0 FTE salary of $395,000

    Sign-On & Relocation:
    Comprehensive packages available for full-time physicians.

    Responsibilities:
    Deliver high-quality patient care in both office and hospital settings.

    Clinic:
    Perform routine exams, manage prenatal and postnatal care, and conduct obstetric and gynecological procedures.

    Hospital:
    Perform deliveries, surgeries and managing obstetric emergencies
    Collaborate closely with Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) in a heavily co-managed care model.
    Engage in innovative practices to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
    Mentor and support junior staff and residents.
    Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
