Requirement:
3 or more years of experience in health insurance and benefits administration.
Proficiency in LuminX system setup and maintenance.
Experience configuring group and division structures in benefits systems.
Experience with ICD-10 and CPT codes relevant to claims processing.
Experience in reading and interpreting plan documents and benefit certificates.
Strong data analysis and critical thinking capabilities.
Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Responsibilities:
Set up new business and renew existing accounts in the LuminX system.
Configure benefits plans and adjudication logic for various insurance coverages.
Maintain essential system codes such as Benefit, Pend Reason, and Denial codes.
Update procedure-benefit cross references and PPO routing parameters.
Ensure the accuracy of ICD 10 diagnosis codes and procedure code database.
Research and resolve issues related to claim adjudication.
Perform routine updates and maintenance, and other duties as needed.
