    Title: Director, AI/ML Program Management

    Location: San Francisco Bay Area; hybrid (onsite 2-3 times per week)

    Duration: contract-to-hire

    Overview:

    We are seeking a visionary Director of Program Management to lead our AI & ML platform initiatives. This strategic role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for AI & ML technologies. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of program strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence

    In this role:

    • You will develop and implement comprehensive program strategies for AI & ML initiatives.
    • You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI & ML solutions on time and within budget.
    • You will collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    • You will drive innovation and continuous improvement of AI & ML platforms.
    • You will manage program risks, issues, and changes effectively.
    • You will communicate program status, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.
    • You will mentor and develop a high-performing program management team.
    • You will stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI & ML technologies.

    Must Haves:

    • Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant field. Advanced degree preferred
    • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
    • 5+ years of most recent professional experience in AI & ML domains
    • Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technology programs.
    • Strong understanding of AI & ML technologies and their practical applications.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
    • Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

    Plusses:

    • Experience with driving voice-enabled application features
    • Japanese corporation consumer experience (ie. Philips, Toshiba, LG)
