    Role Overview


    As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, social media engagement, and brand storytelling. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives, ensuring our messaging resonates with customers and enhances our brand presence.

    Key Responsibilities


    Marketing & Campaign Management

    • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
    • Oversee email marketing content and execution via our CRM tool, analyzing key performance metrics.
    • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to engage our audience and grow brand reach.
    • Coordinate and support virtual (webinars) and live events.
    • Conduct marketing research to identify new trends and opportunities.
    • Oversee product updates and changes across digital platforms and printed materials.
    • Assist in coordinating promotional printing and materials.

    Website & Digital Optimization

    • Assist with website updates in collaboration with IT to ensure an optimal user experience.
    • Track and analyze website and marketing metrics, maintaining reporting analytics.

    Content Creation & Copywriting

    • Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, PowerPoints, and e-blasts.
    • Develop compelling content for campaigns, advertisements, and newsletters.
    • Maintain company blogs with fresh, engaging, and informative content.
    • Write and update practitioner resources and detailed product information sheets.

    • Basic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe, or PowerPoint is a plus).
