    Join our team in a 12-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

    Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), our ICU operates with a 1:2 nurse to patient ratio.

    We offer Telehealth intensivists for immediate support and manage a diverse range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, cardio/pulmonary disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA).

    Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, administering specialized treatments, monitoring critical conditions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

    How you'll contribute 60;
    A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

    • Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
    • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
    • Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
    • Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
    • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
    • Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

    Applicants should have a current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of North Carolina or from a compact state


    Additional requirements include:

    • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
    • AHA ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. 60;
    • One year of experience preferred
    • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
