- Communicating with customers to plan routes for in-home fiber installation.

Are you a self-motivated problem-solver with technical aptitude and strong time management skills? This hybrid position addresses two integral steps of Tipmont's process to connect customers to blazing-fast fiber-to-the-home internet.
First, you'll meet with customers to determine the best path to run Tipmont fiber from a main line along their property to their home.
As required, you will also conduct final installations of fiber broadband service.Here, you will route, configure and provision fiber in the home, and assist with maintenance and repair of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and other devices deployed by Tipmont for residential and business internet customers.
