They should also be able to design and deploy network architectures that support the scalability, reliability, and security of MacOS environments.
Scripting and automation skills:
A MacOS support engineer/architect should be able to use scripting languages and tools, such as Bash, Python, AppleScript, and Automator, to automate tasks, workflows, and processes related to MacOS administration and management.
They should be able to write, test, and debug scripts that perform various functions, such as installing and updating software, backing up and restoring data, monitoring and reporting system status, and performing security audits.
Communication and collaboration skills:
A MacOS support engineer/architect should be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, users, and other IT professionals. They should be able to listen and understand the needs and expectations of the clients and users, and provide clear and concise instructions, feedback, and solutions. They should also be able to work in a team and coordinate with other IT specialists, such as developers, analysts, and engineers, to deliver high-quality MacOS solutions.
Problem-solving and analytical skills:

They should be able to use various methods and tools, such as logs, diagnostics, and testing, to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and prevent them from recurring. They should also be able to evaluate and improve the performance, efficiency, and security of MacOS environments, and recommend and implement changes and enhancements.
Experience supporting the windows platform including SCCM and Intune would be a big +
