    Schedule: 3rd Shift: Sunday (8:30 PM – 6:00 AM) & Mon - Thurs (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with Mandatory Overtime.

    Summary:


    Plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors and evaluates performance of team members; ensures their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to and from storage configurations.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Develops Team Leaders to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned Team Members.
    Maintains an equipment structure and level to accomplish the tasks in a safe, effective manner.
    Provides appropriate equipment to ensure the safe transport and storage of all materials.
    Ensure production output matches orders and that customer requirements are respected and shipments met.
    Maintains bank sheets in a timely manner and act accordingly.
    Monitors and measures team member performance for accuracy of sequencing and delivery of commodities.

    Continually strive for continuous improvement, ensuring all work carried out within the group conforms to established build and quality practices.

    Oversee and lead the operation of the ASRS (Automatic Selection Retrieval System
    Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents.
    Follow company policy regarding all health and safety and environmental procedures.
    Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Directly supervises 5 or more employees within their department(s).
    • Indirectly supervises 5 or more employees within their department(s).
    Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

    • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems .

    Qualifications:


    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience supervising in an automotive or logistics-based industry.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
    • Commitment to excellence and high standards
    • Basic competence in subordinates' duties and tasks
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
    • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing
    priorities with enthusiasm

    • Proficient on MS Office & WMS & ADP
    • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal skills.

    Education and/or Experience:
