Castle Contracting is currently seeking out a full-time qualified Sewer Foreman to install sanitary, storm and water piping on commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities Lead a crew to complete site utility work safely, accurately, and timely.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, staff, and key stakeholders.
Own the project from start to finish with little supervision.
Take responsibility for the profitability of projects.
Manage materials and equipment and communicate needs to Field operations manager.
Timekeeping, material tracking and production tracking.
Must be willing to assist in other tasks when required.

Qualifications 5+ years' verifiable experience in site utility work with a minimum of 2 years in a foreman or lead role.

Additional years a plus.
Strong understanding of the math required to figure slopes, cut/fills and layout.
Experience with Trimble Site Works, GPS and Robotic total station a plus but not required.
OSHA 30 hour or the ability to obtain.
Strong knowledge of trench excavation and shoring techniques.
City of Omaha Sewers License or ability to obtain.
