    We are seeking a Key Holder (Part Time) who will provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customers' needs.

    The ideal candidate will possess an individualized style that relates to customers and engage them in a genuine way to drive sales and provide an exciting, fast, and easy store experience.

    This role involves operating as the floor supervisor on duty in the absence of a manager in the store, completing basic store operations, opening and closing tasks, and leading associates in daily tasks.

    Responsibilities

    • Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness: Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and brand offerings.
    • Business Understanding: Analyze sales data and trends to inform business decisions.
    • Proactive Thinking: Anticipate and respond to customer needs.

    • Register/Point of Sales use: Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
    • Asset Protection: Prevent theft and ensure store security.

    • System Skills: Utilize technology to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

    Requirements

    • At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
