Job Description
The machine operator is responsible for the portioning and molding phase of the production process. Responsibilities include equipment adjustments for proper portion control and shaping quality, maintaining accuracy in changeover of recipes and equipment, and ensuring sanitation tasks are completed.
Key ResponsibilitiesBakerly Barn is seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail, good communication skills, and reliability. Mechanical aptitude and machine operating experience are desirable but not mandatory.
