    Description

    CNC Machinist Position at Auger Fabrication

    Auger Fabrication, a reputable supplier in replacement augers and tooling, is currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating our milling and turning CNC machine with Maztrol Controls to produce high-quality parts based on engineering drawings.

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    • Proficient in programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines, with experience in Mazak programming being a bonus.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and work autonomously.
    • Demonstrated reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a positive demeanor.

This full-time position is based in a modern, climate-controlled facility in Downingtown, PA. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with occasional overtime opportunities. There are yearly bonus incentives and chances for annual salary increases.

    Requirements:

    • Preferably 3-5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
