The Role
Saarman Construction, Ltd. is looking for a skilled construction Estimator to join their team. Estimators prepare estimates from initial ideas to detailed breakdowns. They participate in pre-bid site meetings, create initial construction schedules, RFIs, RFQs, and other project documents. Estimators handle quantity take-offs, develop estimates, provide project management support to the Operations team, and attend industry events. Taking full responsibility for their projects, they introduce new and creative concepts, maintain a high level of accountability, and share their construction expertise with others. A clean driving record is required to operate company vehicles for site visits.
