- Ensure customers have the same positive experience no matter the location; maintain positive customer relations while resolving concerns and answering questions.
- Ability to lift heavy items when needed (70+ lbs.).
- Comply with all safety procedures and precautions.
- Availability must include on call and after hours work when necessary.
- Experience driving flatbeds, pick-up trucks, and pull behind trailers.
- Perform service and repair of piston and rotary screw air compressors, multi-brand compressors (oil-flooded and oil-free), and refrigerated/desiccant air dryers.
- Install new equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Must be willing to train in Indianapolis or Cincinnati locations (Hotel stay and per diem provided)
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a low-incident driving record.
- Willing to train up to 6 months in our Indianapolis or Cincinnati branches (this will be paid training)
- Excellent work ethic and self-motivated.
- Proficient in problem solving, process analysis, and troubleshooting in high-pressure situations.
- Some experience in Air Compressors.
- Read and comprehend written technical information (manuals, parts' books, and relevant publications).
- Ability to walk, stoop, sit, and reach.
- Must be able to climb ladders, use lifts, and work in an elevated position on a frequent basis.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

We are seeking an apprentice level industrial air compressor technician to join our team at our Louisville, KY location.
Note: This position will require someone who can train in either our Indianapolis or Cincinnati branch for upwards of 6 months. Your hotel stay, initial drive to your training area, and various other expenses to be determined will also be covered.
