    Description
    Responsible for and managing all aspects of the Maintenance Department and employees by:
    • Planning, driving, implementing, executing, and overseeing all repairs, installations, predictive and preventative maintenance (scheduled and unscheduled) with prioritization, and continuous improvements to the organization
    • Managing all Major Maintenance (outages) and Minor Cap Ex Projects, including guiding department on identifying cause and repair of spares and departmental scheduling
    • Evaluating and managing corrective and performance evaluations to address safety and production issues
    • Monitoring, monitoring, evaluating, and driving improvements in the maintenance process and predictive maintenance programs including Thermography, Vibration, Ultrasound, and other up-to-date technologies, practices, and standards
    • Creating, analyzing, and managing planned work orders, job plans, PMS, critical spares list, Item masters, and equipment tree for continuous optimization and reduced equipment downtime
    • Creating, analyzing, managing and reporting of all required data and metrics
    • Maintaining manufacturing assets, materials and purchase requests for facilities including but not limited to parts inventory, equipment (owned or leased), purchase orders, invoices, vendor-service partnerships, and departmental budgeting
    • Developing and maintaining professional relationships working effectively with Management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the organization, for all Maintenance needs including: potential and current contractors, vendors, customers, and service providers
    • Driving and maintaining all OSHA, Mi-OSHA, and EPA standards within the organization
    • Driving, maintaining, and promoting all safety initiatives, improvements, standards, and culture
    • Working closely with production planning and operations to identify opportunities for planned work
    • Ensuring all maintenance goals and services meet industry and customer quality standard
    • Planning and managing departmental employee professional development including but not limited to Company assigned trainings, additional trainings needed, corrective/disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, competency evaluations, etc.
    • Facilitating and participating in various training activities assigned individually or within the department
    Additional duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
    • Ability to maintain a high level of output without sacrificing quality of work
    • Ability to ensure employees are dependable to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner and is conscientious about assignments and projects
    • Ability to communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company
    • Ability to exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships both internal and external
    • Maintaining and reporting of all maintenance activities, performance, and metrics as assigned and requested
    • This person will report to the Vice President of Operations and be responsible for the maintenance services which are necessary to achieve maximum financial benefit from the plant's capital expenditures, maintenance expenditures, production equipment and fixed assets
    • This position requires punctuality with excellent attendance and may require working additional working hours
    Position Requirements /Qualifications:
    • Minimum of Ten (10) years of working experience in Maintenance Management, including repairs
    • Hands on experience in planning maintenance operations, equipment launches, and assets management
    • Proficient understanding of various technical aspects of Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, electrical systems, and equipment
    • Applicable knowledge of Extrusion processes and Machinery
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Must be able to commute to multiple company facilities and customers and work on-site
    • Working experience with Microsoft Office Products including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Sharepoint
    • Working experience with Blueprint Reading and various software programs (Adobe, CAD, SAP, QMS, Timekeeping, Maintenance Management Systems, etc.)
    • Abilities both physical and mental to perform the duties assigned that include but not limited to; bending, twisting, crouching, reaching/stretching including overhead or bending; long periods of sitting or standing without sitting, and/or sitting in an office environment; focusing and adapting to various changes (expected/unexpected, internal/external); maintaining composure and/or managing stressful situations
    • Must be US Citizen or have proper (established) work authorization (no sponsorship)
    • Must be able to pass a stringent background check including but not limited to: reference check, personal and professional background check, drug and alcohol screening, etc.

    • Use of proper PPE (i.e.: safety glasses, steel toe, ear plugs, gloves, etc.)

    • On the Job Training:
      • EPICS knowledge and understanding of the applicable functions.

    Minimum Requirements
      • Manufacturing and/or production experience required
      • Engineering degree and/or experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechatronics
      • ISO regulation
