Tucker Ellis LLP seeks an experience ERISA/Employee Benefits/Executive Compensation attorney to join our growing Employee Benefits Practice Group in a Counsel role.
The ideal candidate enjoys helping private, public, and nonprofit employers navigate the complex, ever-changing legal requirements related to employee benefits and solving compliance, design, risk, and correction issues concerning their employee benefit plans.
Desired background includes employee benefit services such as qualified retirement plans; employee benefits plans in mergers and acquisitions; employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs); executive compensation; fringe benefits; and, health and wellness plans.
