Job Responsibilities:
Manage overseas vendor communication related to production orders – including sample approval, costing, production timelines, packaging, placing purchase order
Perform daily tracking of goods on order, in progress (WIP) to ensure timely delivery according to development calendar
Track, receive and distribute fabric quality submits, lab dip submits, print strike offs
Follow up with each stage of sampling: fit, pps, top's and shipping.
Troubleshoot all pre-production & production issues and monitor deliveries
Review vendor manuals on what requirements have to be given to the factories: labeling, packaging, and overall production requirements
Track and organize all samples for our library

Qualifications:
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
Must be proficient in Excel
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task
2-5 years experience in production
